报告1:Is the gig up? The impact of worker-status reclassification regulation on shareholder value

摘要:We explore the impact of worker - status reclassification regulations (WSRR) on shareholder value in the gig economy. We hypothesize that WSRR will lead to negative stock price reactions for gig economy companies and their facilitators. Empirical results show that WSRR events indeed result in negative stock price reactions. Also, higher ex-ante financial flexibility and better labor conditions of gig economy companies can mitigate these negative reactions. The DID analysis indicates that WSRR leads to higher costs, leverage, and improved labor conditions in gig economy companies. Overall, our study quantifies the impact of WSRR on gig economy firms from the perspective of shareholders.

报告2:去中心化管理控制机制对团队创新绩效的影响:以团队薪酬分配为研究视角

报告人:涂宇虹(厦门大学)

摘要:去中心化自治组织(DAO)的去中心化管理控制机制为解决团队薪酬分配难题、促进团队创新提供了新思路。通过构建理论框架和实证研究,发现去中心化薪酬分配机制能提升团队凝聚力和建设性行为,进而提高创新绩效;传统合约框架比智能合约框架更能提升团队创新绩效,且在传统合约框架下,去中心化薪酬分配机制优势更明显。同时提出企业应融合中心化与去中心化管理,关注团队成员因素并采用差异化管理机制。
